The much awaited SSC CGL Notification 2017 was announced on 16th May 2017 and it gets a Super response from aspirants with as many as 30 Lakh candidates have Registered for it. Though there is a decline in the No. of Registrations, which was 38 Lakh in 2016 this time it is expected that attendance will be good as in the 2016 CGL Exam only 36% candidates have shown their presence.

Before the release of SSC CGL 2017 Admit Cards, SSC will also release on online Link to check the status of your CGL Application forms. This will help you check whether your CGL form is accepted or Rejected. If you have completed all the steps for submitting the SSC CGL online application and Paid the Application fees, then your form is accepted, however, those who failed to pay the Fee on time Or Do Not upload the Photograph or Signature,, they may have their forms rejected. On 18th July 2017 SSC had officially announced the Notification for Scientific Assistant posts. Though the Notification was expected to be announced on 15th July, 2017, it was announced after a delay of 3 Day and there is No change in the Last date which is same as 4th August 2017.

The Total No of vacancies that have been announced this year is 1100 posts and most important these Exams this time will be held through online mode

Some Highlights of Scientific Assistant Notification 2017

1) No of vacancies is 1102 and are subject to change depending upon the Final vacancy List.

2) These posts carry All India Service Liability ie After selection you can be posted anywhere.

3) OnlineRegistrationn Window is Open right now and you can submit the onlineformss till 4th August 2017.

4) There is NoRequirementt of Minimum age however the maximum age should not exceed 30 years.
